Romaine, sweet mango, red pepper and sliced roast beef in a

Frijoles del Cordon (Green Beans w/Ham)

Sautéed Green Beans and Ham with a hint of lime and garlic


Fried Plantains

Ripe sweet Plantains fried crisp and delicious

 

 Platanos Dulce (Sweet baked Platanos)

Plantains baked in a brown sugar rum sauce.


Caribbean baked vegetables

Corn, potatoes, onion and tomatoes baked in warm aromatic spices.

 

Sautéed Jerk Corn

Off the cob corn sautéed with butter and jerk seasoning. 

(Seasonal on the cob available as well)

Arroz Azafran (Saffron Rice)

Rice infused with chicken stock and saffron strand


Papas con Tocino (Baked Potato with Bacon)

Potato wrapped in bacon and baked.  Quartered and seasoned with olive oil

and house seasoning


Pure de Papas (Cuban Whipped Potatoes)

Cuban twice baked! Garlic mashed potatoes and carrots topped with cheese


Yuca with Garlic

Yuca prepared with lemon/lime and garlic

 

Rice and peas

Traditional rice and kidney beans accented with cocoanut milk, garlic and herbs.

Arroz con Pollo (Chicken with Rice)

This amazing dish is bursting with flavor.  Pan seared chicken is cooked with rice in a flavorful combination of beer, island spices and herbs until it is fall off the bone tender.  It is served off the bone for your enjoyment.

 

Jerk Chicken

Wonderfully seasoned chicken quarters layered with Island flavor.  This chicken is rubbed and marinated overnight then grilled.

 

Mojo Chicken or (Citrus Marinated)

Chicken marinated overnight in an incredible citrus and garlic mixture then grilled over real wood coals. 

 

Mojo Pork Roast (Citrus Marinated)

Full Pork loin marinated overnight in citrus, garlic and spices then roasted to juicy perfection. 


Ropa Vieja (Shredded Beef in sauce)

A home-style Spanish classic.  This dish pairs beef with red wine, tomato and aromatic vegetables to create an incredibly tender and flavorful dish. 

  

Bistec en Rolled (Rolled Steak)

Flank steak is marinated overnight with a garlic and lime paste.  It is then layered with ham, carrots, onions and olives.  After being rolled and sautéed, it is combined and cooked with tomato, cilantro and seasonings.  Wow!!


Boliche (Cuban Pot Roast)

The combination of tender flavorful roast beef with the bite of chorizo is inspired.   The traditional root vegetables impart an amazing flavor to finish the broth. 


Picadillo (Cuban Hash)

Home style Cuban at its best.  This seemingly basic beef dish combines olives, capers and a variety of spices to create a warm and comforting taste of the islands.


Pavo a la Milevida (Cuban Turkey with Sofrito Stuffing)

It’s not just for the holidays!  This tender and juicy bird is stuffed with ham, tomato, vegetables and spices. 


Chimichurri Flank Steak

Well seasoned grilled Flank Steak with a thick herb sauce prepared with your desired “heat”.
